Is there a risk of infection with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy?

Yes. For all practical purposes, the only infections seen with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is urinary tract infection. This is a rare event as the risk is further lowered with the use of pre-operative and post-operative antibiotics.
